Meet the
Founder
Hello, I’m June Agwu-Rodney, the founder of Gifted Hands Learning. I am an experienced educator, researcher and parent with a passion for inclusive education.
I have worked with children, young people and adults with diverse learning needs across the UK and internationally. My experience has shown me that learners make meaningful progress when teaching is clear, practical, patient and adapted to their individual needs.
I hold degrees in Primary Education and Economics, a Master’s degree in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion, and I have completed doctoral research focused on inclusive education.
I created Gifted Hands Learning to provide practical, engaging and SEND-friendly resources that parents, teachers and caregivers can use with confidence. Our resources support communication, literacy, numeracy, independence, employability and essential life skills.
My aim is simple: to help every learner build confidence, develop independence and learn in a way that works for them.
Every learner is different. With the right support, every learner can make progress.
Gifted Hands Learning is an inclusive educational platform providing practical and engaging resources for learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Our printable materials and teaching strategies support communication, literacy, numeracy, independence, employability and essential life skills. They are designed for parents, teachers, support staff and caregivers to use at home, in education and in the community.
Our goal is to make learning clear, accessible and enjoyable, helping every learner build confidence, develop independence and progress at their own pace.

At Gifted Hands Learning, our mission is to empower parents, educators and caregivers with practical, inclusive resources that support learners academically, socially and emotionally.
We believe that with understanding, patience and the right educational tools, every learner can build confidence, develop independence and reach their potential.
Our Family Bookshelf
Writing and storytelling are an important part of our family’s journey. I am the author of two books supporting parents and families, while my daughter, Elsa Rodney, is the young author of Rea: A Light in the Darkness.
