ABOUT
Meet the
Founder
My name is June Agwu-Rodney, and I am a teacher, researcher, parent, and passionate advocate for inclusive education. I currently work as a teacher supporting children with diverse learning needs, and my professional journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.
I hold a PhD in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion (SENI) and Education, a Master’s degree in SENI and Education, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Primary Education. Through both my academic research and practical classroom experience, I have developed a strong understanding of how children learn in different ways and how inclusive strategies can transform a child’s educational experience.
Throughout my teaching career, I have worked closely with learners who require additional support to access the curriculum. These experiences have shown me that when learning environments are patient, structured, supportive, and inclusive, children are able to develop confidence, independence, and a genuine love for learning.
As both a teacher and a parent, I understand the challenges that families and educators often face when trying to find effective learning resources that truly support children with diverse learning needs. I have seen how traditional teaching approaches may not always meet the needs of every learner, yet with the right tools and strategies, remarkable progress can occur.
Gifted Hands Learning is an educational platform designed to support parents, teachers, and caregivers who are helping children learn in different ways. The platform provides practical resources, printable learning materials, and inclusive teaching strategies developed to support children of all abilities, particularly learners with Special Educational Needs and Inclusion (SENI).
Our goal is to make learning accessible, engaging, and supportive, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to develop their skills and confidence at their own pace.
At Gifted Hands Learning, our mission is to empower parents and educators with inclusive learning resources that support children academically, socially, and emotionally.
We believe that when children are supported with understanding, patience, and the right educational tools, their potential can truly flourish.
